TURNS ON, Does not trim. It sounds like it wants to work, but it simply does not trim. I have a partial box and some pamphlets that come with the trimmer. It has minor wear and discoloration, but needs adjustment or repair. Nothing used is ever perfect, see photo’s for best visual description of quality and condition. Thank you
